Two Lads Winery
Located off Smokey Hallow Road on Traverse City’s Old Mission Peninsula, the Two Lads Winery provided it’s own distinct challenges. Due to the fall grape harvest the project needs to be completed and functional by September 2007. Because of the tight timelines the schedule allowed 15 days for the footings and the foundation. The foundation walls included extensive double mat rebar grids, over 16’-0” high walls, floor ledges, and over 300 yards of concrete.
