Gypsum Underlayment

LEVELROCK Brand Floor Underlayment 2500 is a fast-applying gypsum cement formulated and manufactured by USG for use in multi-family, light commercial, and other wood framed construction. This high-strength underlayment is POURABLE DRYWALL, so it dries faster and helps prevent mold by not exposing wallboard to high moisture levels. LEVELROCK brand floor underlayment 2500 is also economical, as it can be applied at rates up to 30 msf per day. It is formulated to provide typical compressive strengths from 2500 - 3500 PSI at 3/4" minimum thickness over plywood sub flooring, which meets requirements for multifamily and hotel/motel construction.

LEVELROCK Brand Floor Underlayment RH (Radiant Heat) is a fast-applying gypsum cement designed by USG for both use in residential and commercial construction. LEVELROCK Brand Floor Underlayment RH is specifically formulated to provide compressive strengths up to 3000 PSI at 3/4" minimum thickness up to 3" maximum thickness. The tough compressive strength and surface strengths of LEVELROCK Brand Floor Underlayment RH all for long term resistance to trade activity typical of single-family home and light commercial construction. It accepts virtually all types of floor coverings such as ceramic tile, carpeting, and wood. The non-shrinking nature of the LEVELROCK Brand Floor Underlayment RH locks tubing in place, preventing noise and tube chafing, and its special formulation prevents high temperature associated with the radiant heat floor from breaking down the matrix.
